Under Brewmaster Matt’s guidance, the brewery will specialize in German, Belgian, and Farmhouse inspired styles, while also producing hop-forward American styles and dabbling in sours. Each batch will be crafted in consideration of the chef’s menu to bring flavors forward and keep guests satisfied.
Our chef is out to fill tummies and blow minds, not wallets. He is busy investing his time creating approachable, but forward thinking menu of pub foods that rotates to include seasonally available fruits, vegetables and herbs.
